At the time Ryejin’s goal was to beat all the Hoenn gyms and then beat the Elite Four, but on his journey to Mossdeep City to get his next gym badge the events of the movie Pokémon: "Destiny Deoxys" took place, thus rushing home just to see his city being evacuated and the pokemon Raquaza and Deoxys battle it out.

During the rise of the Maggnoryion Empire, Magg Empire for short, there was a man that rarely anyone ever saw. This Tactician the dubbed him was the number one successor to every victory in the 12,000 year history of the Magg Empire! Out of those 12,000 years 40 wars broke out planet side and 15 intergalactic wars. In the end all wars and battle where won, thanks to the Tactician without him ever coming out of the kingdoms main castle. The Tactician was known to be a legend, and even turned into a down right myth when a story about him to the Maggnoryion public was released.
